Who said that? Is anybody there? I definitely heard somebody say, “I’d like to eat some cereal,” but when I look around all I see are some defaced groceries.
This example of storefront art is damaged; it actually used to have a guy in the lower right hand corner there, and he was saying, “I’d like to eat some cereal.” It was really nice. Then some shitbreakfast came and tagged the whole mural, so the store owners had to do a little touchup work with some white paint. For some reason, they didn’t repaint the talking guy, so now it is just a disembodied voice wishing for toasted oats.
This grocery store seems to have a really tough time keeping people from screwing up their art, so I hate to disparage any of their pieces, but I do have to bring up the fact that the pig picture they have near the front door is really lousy. Really. Anybody can draw a pig. Just as an example, this is a decent depiction of a pig:
